How ShowMySong collects, uses, stores, and shares information.
This document is an operational starting point and must be reviewed with your company details, jurisdiction, providers, and counsel before accepting customers.
Information we collect
Account information may include your user identifier, email address, display name, plan, and credit balance. Project information may include prompts, settings, generation status, and file metadata.
Uploaded audio and generated media are stored separately from searchable project metadata. Payment providers process full payment credentials; ShowMySong should retain only customer, subscription, and transaction references.
How information is used
We use information to provide generation, storage, billing, support, safety, fraud prevention, product measurement, and legal compliance.
Optional analytics and advertising tags load only after consent where required. Essential cookies are used for sign-in, security, guest workspace continuity, and checkout state.
Sharing and processors
Information may be sent to cloud hosting, AI generation, storage, authentication, payment, support, analytics, and security providers only as needed for their role. A current subprocessor list should be published before launch.
We do not sell uploaded songs or generated project files. Advertising-related data use should follow the choices in the consent interface.
Retention and security
Account and billing records are retained while your account is active and as required for tax, fraud, and legal obligations. Upload and output retention periods should be displayed in the product and enforced automatically.
No system is perfectly secure. ShowMySong uses access controls, server-side ownership checks, limited credentials, and encrypted transport to reduce risk.
Your choices
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. You can also withdraw optional analytics consent and cancel a subscription.
